Apparently, Orion Poplawski maintains perl-Cflow RPM for Fedora, and
it is compatible with flow-tools RPM (which I maintain). It links
dynamically against libft.so
You might want to take a look at it. Grap flow-tools*.src.rpm and
perl-Cflow*.src.rpm on your nearest Fedora mirror.
(the important part is probably this:
%{__perl} Makefile.PL INSTALLDIRS=vendor OPTIMIZE="$RPM_OPT_FLAGS" \
CCFLAGS='-DOSU' LIBS='-lft'
)
