  thanks for help but it was a network problem (with ip address and gateway). 
it works.
  now; i m trying to use flow-stat - f 4 but it says that is not implementes. i 
try to display Bandwidth per flow distribution; but the result is :
  -----------------------------------Report information----------------------
  Fields : totals
  symbols : disabled
  sorting ; none
  Name : bandwith per flow distribution
   
  Args :   /usr/..../flow-stat -f 4
  Not implemented

Actually, I've always been able to print directly from captured files, e.g.: 

flow-print -f5 < ft-v07.2007-10-02.010000+0000

Yeah, that would work... but you should use flow-cat for more than one file and 
be very aware that using regular shell cat'ing can get you into some nasty 
trouble (lost flow data that flow-tools doesn't warn you against). I've been 
there. It was painful.
