The ChangeLog is a mess, what I did is I fixed the paths issue, removed HAVE_LL_STRTOUL, and moved things around in the build system. Ah, and I also added timezone to the output. Paths will need _real_ fix, as well as the build system, but this will be in the .3 release. I also added fix from Everton da Silva Marques (thanks) for umask inherit option for flow-capture. Fedora packages will be updated shortly.
