Im on ubuntu, 64bit, using fltk-2.0.x-r6140
When I build and run keyboard then in some cases the FL::event_text()
labeled text is displayed incorrectly:

1. press alt-h (it should generate an ħ character, at least on my
PL/polish keyboard - U+0127 LATIN SMALL LETTER H WITH STROKE)

2. do NOT release the ALT key (or it will otherwise redraw the window)

3. press alt-e (it should generate an ę character - U+0119 LATIN SMALL
LETTER E WITH OGONEK)

If you do not let go of the ALT key, then as result the window displays
text that is both characters overlapping (ę+ð) - as in screenshot
