[STR New] Link: http://www.fltk.org/str.php?L2031 Version: 1.3-current I posted a suggested patch file for Fl_x.cxx [1] that also removes an unnecessary poll/select call, if no fd is watched. I think that this wouldn't have any side effects, but please check, before applying this patch.
