Under Xcode, fltk libraries are application-relative frameworks. That means
that fltk.framework must be part of the bundle and must be copied into the
bundle for the app to work. 

The process is easy, but boring as hell, and there are still 50 or so apps
to go (test/fonts is when I lost my patience).

- open a Target
- Right-click: New : New Build Phase : Copy Files
- in the new dialog, change Resources to Frameworks
- close that dialog
- now drag all frameworks needed into the Copy module
- close that Target, next target
