When touching the right border of screen, the last layer of menuitems moves
to the left and covers higher layer of submenus. When this happens, it is
not possible to choose the next item of the submenu and it is not possible
anyway to choose other items. It only works to move the whole window the
way, the right border is not touched.

The problem is caused by local handling of border touching in class
menuwindow and can be solved by handling location of menuwindows in parent
method Fl_Menu_Item::pulldown(). The attached file Fl_Menu.cxx solves the
problem by moving the whole menu structure, not only the window touching
screen border, but there might be a better way to solve this problem.
