Ok, Jean Marc sent to Mike and I a confirmation that there is no problem to
change the headers, he also points out we should check some others files
that seem to be grabbed from the fsf...

Hi,

No problem, you can change the License of the files that I own to the
standard FLTK license.

Note that there files that I have taken from the XFree sources. These
files are copyrighted by the FSF.

I'm not working on FLTK-UTF8 nor FLTK anymore. I will update my web page
to redirect people to your official web site.
