[STR New] Link: http://www.fltk.org/str.php?L2026 Version: 1.3-current I agree with everything concerning the mouse button interaction, and I think (as you wrote too), that this is almost or complete, as it works today. Maybe the docs could be improved. WRT button animation on shortcuts: IMHO we should remove the animation. I take a shortcut (key press) as a mouse button push and release, because that is roughly equivalent to the user's normal expectation. Everything else should be done by subclassing, if a developer wants to have some special interaction of keyboard events with buttons. P.S.: I also posted to fltk.development, and I suggest that we direct further discussions there, until we have an agreement (and I think we are not so far away).
