More details under windows:
Seems to be a general problem with copy/paste within an FLTK app.
I can copy text from other programs (eg. DOS) to FLTK (eg. editor,
Fl_Input..),
and from FLTK into other programs.
But I can't seem to highlight text within FLTK, and then
paste the text elsewhere within FLTK, either to the
same widget, or another widget.
Doesn't seem to be a keyboard thing.. both ^C/^V /and/ the Edit>Copy
and Edit>Paste menus are affected, so it seems to be the actual
FLTK copy/paste mechanism with FLTK under windows.
