There is a bug with UTF8-strings in window's titlebars under the Linux. The
first time it was posted on board www.linuxforum.ru (russian):
http://linuxforum.ru/index.php?showtopic=77791.
The problem consisted in that the two second calls of XChangeProperty in
the function Window::label(...) (file src/x11/run.cxx) were invoked with
XA_STRING argument. Also, it is solved.
The example source code, screenshots and patch are attached to the
message.
