The mirror list in documentation/intro.html is somewhat outdated,
continuing to refer to the obsolete names ftp(2).fltk.org. The attached
patch resyncs it with README, correcting those names to ftp(2).easysw.com
and noting that ftp.easysw.com additionally supports HTTP.
