I vote for dropping the ide/vc2005 project files entirely. We can move them
to the ide/unsupported/ms/ folder or remove them from svn.

Recent experience shows that they are a source of confusion, and since the
new VS (2008) tools can obviously read and convert the older ide/visualc
files, I don't think that we need two MS project versions.

The only "advantag" of the vc2005 projects seems to be the Cairo support,
but this must not be the default (as it probably is now).

After all, Matthias plans to write them with fluid, and since the
ide/visualc files seem to be much easier to manage, that's probably the
best way to go.

If we remove them, we should also document the recommended way to use the
VS project files in an up-to-date version.
