I think I misspoke...

The init of the buffer is at the end of the inits in the 
Fl_Text_Display.cxx file, not in the class.  I think I said "class", but 
that wouldn't do any good.  :-)

Workin' on TopMost or Stays_On_Top windows with borders currently.  Got 
a routine to read all the top windows in the display into a list at 
least (for z-ordering in linux).  It's based on xkill code from X.org.

I'll be in touch...  Unless... unless you guys already have that figured 
out?  The flags in 1.63 are a mess and we either have to do an X 
reconfiguration or use another window to generate creation 'hints', I think.

Anyway...  here I go again...
