I'm not sure I'd even expect/want the scroll feature on a trackpad
or the mouse wheel to affect things like valuators.
For instance if I had a scrollable interface with valuators on it,
I'd want the scroll wheel to scroll the window, not adjust the
valuators.
If I go into Mac's "System Preferences", and put focus on any of the
sliders, moving the scroller wheel does not seem to affect them.
Ditto for any of the choosers on the Mac.
Also tried on my linux box; Thunderbird's choosers don't move when
I spin the scroll wheel.
