Under linux (Ubuntu 8.04), the FLTK test program "menubar" seems to have
shortcuts in the File menu to test various shortcuts and keyboard
modifiers.

Under linux, these are sequences that trigger the shortcuts:

Shortcut A -- 'a', SHIFT-a, Caps-Lock insensitive (BAD?)
Shortcut Shift+A -- can't be triggered at all (BAD)
Shortcut Ctrl+A -- Ctrl+a only, won't work if Caps-Lock on (OK?)
Shortcut Shift-Ctrl-A -- Caps-Lock must be on for Shift-Ctrl-a to work
(DEFINITELY BAD)
Shortcut Alt-A -- Alt-a, Alt-Shift-a, Caps-Lock insensitive
(BAD?)
Shortcut Alt-Shift-A -- Can't be triggered (BAD)
Shortcut Alt-Shift-Ctrl-A -- Caps-Lock must be on for Alt-Shift-Ctrl-a to
work (DEFINITELY BAD)
