Nowhere is there found a notice that you a) Have to sign in and become a member of fltk.org b) That you have to fill in a form c) That you have to post boring details instead of exciting insights. :-) Change the headers in ALL of your source code to match your expectations or live with my continued abuse of your patience. Or.. uh.. maybe not. I see that I can attach files here, though I would expect those I have already sent can be viewed and/or run. And if not... Whose problem is that, guys? ;-) Mine works.
