When looking at the STR, click on the red "[ Post Text ]" link
to add text to an STR. Files can also be added with the
'[ Post File ]' link.
Try to keep the comments short, so that the STRs don't get
too long to read. Have a look at some of the existing STRs
to see their format.
STR bugs get cc'ed to the appropriate newsgroup (either
fltk.bugs or fltk.development, depending on if the STR
is a 'bug' or 'enhancement')
A while ago it was decided that all bugs/enhancements to FLTK
had to go through the STR bug system to ensure bugs
don't get forgotten if they can't be dealt with right away.
Also, other people can join a particular bug, so they can
be cc'ed whenever the bug changes status or receives new comments.
The STRs are linked to the svn revisions so that bug fixes
can be cross referenced to their SVN fixes.
