The shortcut now has the cyryllic character that is associated to the key cap. The ASCII shortcut will no longer work. Now, on FLTK 1.3, shortcuts are still limited to 8 bits, but cyrillic characters require USC4. I am not sure about FLTK2, but IIRC it has the same limitation.
