File an STR with a patch attachment (ie. diff -Naur)
From the main fltk page, click on:
Bugs & Features -> Submit Bug or Feature Request
..then fill out the form. Note you can attach files (eg. foo.patch).
Once the STR is submitted, it's assigned a number and tracked.
You can continue to attach more text & files once submitted.
