It seems the cursor keys changing focus for Fl_Input is some kind
of holder from the days before TAB and SHIFT-TAB were standardized.

Now the behavior seems wrong, and several people have agreed it
should be changed.

For details see fltk.general thread entitled:
Subject: Fl_Input loses focus when cursor goes out of range
..on or around May 17 2010. For the record, a summary:

Greg: I'd like to see it go myself, as TAB + SHIFT-TAB seem
universally adopted and sufficient for cycling focus.
[..]So +1 for the change of the default behavior from
me too, with the added stipulation there be some API way
        to change it.

Albrecht: I also think that the default is strange (and maybe
we can make it a user option in the future w/o the
          need to change the sources?).

Matt: I would not mind at all to change (the NORMAL_INPUT_MOVE macro)
to 1 (effectively making the change)

Ian: OK, +1 from me too, then..

Stan: I agree 100%

Stan /also/ points out that TAB sometimes takes two clicks to move
off the field. This happens when the input field has content; first
TAB selects the field, second TAB moves focus. This is inconsistent
with SHIFT-TAB, which always takes one click to change focus. Maybe
this can be changed as well..
