I was working with the latest release on a windows system and then copied my source distro to a *nix system in order to test. Perhaps windows changed the name of the file...but that would be strange. I cannot say how the file came to be named cursor.h instead of Cursor.h but if there was a problem I thought it best to fix it and report it. Your judgment prevails here.
