I just found that Fl_Text_Editor still shows artifacts when characters
(e.g. German upper-case Umlauts) are shifted around in the editor.

Load this text in test/editor:
------------
k!mu¨mä ÄÖÜß
k!mu¨mä ÄÖÜß
k!mu¨mä ÄÖÜß

k!mu¨mä ÄÖÜß

k!mu¨mä ÄÖÜß
------------

Move the cursor in front of the string "ÄÖÜß", add 8 spaces, and then
remove 4 of the spaces again. The result should look similar to the
attached image 'editor.png'.

Note that the Linux characters seem to be higher than the same characters
on Windows 7, and that the caret seems to be not as high as the top-most
pixels of the font on Linux. This might have to do with the effect seen.

This has been tested and documented on Windows 7 and Linux (Ubuntu 9.04),
see attached image.

FLTK 1.3, svn r7891.

I know that we had such problems earlier, but I thought that they had been
fixed.
