There are tricks to make it work from a DOS shell,
like using 'start /wait fluid ..', but it gets complicated
since start is a DOS built in.

However, I don't think there are any tricks to getting
stdout/err to behave without (b).

I don't know if the app can control this at runtime,
but if it could, then it could run in a console context
when -c is specified, and in a windows context otherwise,
since if fluid were a console app, clicking on it from a desktop
would open up a DOS shell window along with fluid :(

If (b) causes trouble, I suppose (a) would be better than nothing;
at least -help would be visible.
