I find very difficult to understand the precise function of &-prefixed label characters. I see this documented once in Fl_Menu_::add(...) : "The "&" character specifies that the following character is an accelerator and will be underlined." But I don't see mention of whether and when a modifier key, and which one, is needed to activate the accelerator.
