Fixed in Subversion repository. Fixed - and on top of that, fltk::use_system_file_chooser also means fltk::file_chooser(...) works correctly (at least under Windows - somewhere down the bottom of my todo list is a complete rewrite of fltk2's Mac portions to make them native, and when I get around to that I'll fix file_chooser() there, too).
