[STR New] Link: http://www.fltk.org/str.php?L2658 Version: 1.3-current The comment block for set_fonts() in Fl.H talks a lot about iso8859-1 as default. fl_set_fonts_x.cxx uses fl_encoding ("iso10646-1") by default. fl_set_fonts_xft.cxx says "Also, for now I'm ignoring the "pattern_name" and just getting everything...", which may or may not amount to just getting iso10646-1 if I were to dig more deeply. fl_set_fonts_mac.cxx says "#pragma unused ( xstarname )". fl_set_fonts_win32.cxx just passes "xstarname != 0" to something, which might do something with it. So it sounds like we should not use the argument, and then always expect iso10646-1 fonts back.
