I don't have enough (or indeed any!) different multi-head systems to test,
but is Manolo right that the behaviour of the Fl::x(),y(),w()h() methods
on a multi-head system is different depending on what host system you are
on?

If so, we *need* to fix that - these methods *have* to be consistent
across hosts as they are used all over the place...

And yes, this is off-topic for this STR. I'll raise a new one.
