I do not know - except that we must be consistent (for whatever that
means...)

The OSX method, that returns x,y,w,h, for the focussed display, seems like
one credible option.

However, we also need methods that will tell us the full extended display
area, and I honestly think that x,y,w,h used to do this (I ran a system
with several heads years ago, and I *think* that's how it worked back
then... I am probably misremembering...)

So that was why I suggested that we have both screen_xywh() and
work_xywh(), so that there would be clear and unambiguous separation, per
display.

But what we do with the current x,y,w,h... well...?
