Searching on the web I ran across g2_Xll.c, their solution for drawing a pie is XDrawArc() followed by XFillArc() with identical parameters. (g2_Xll.c lines 674-692). I edited fl_arci.cxx to use the above method and unittests indicate that the result is as near perfect as it gets.
