When setting a maximum size for an input, fltk counts the internal storage
instead of how many chars are visible to the user. This creates a problem
when the user types in foreign chars, in my case the swedish
"åäöÅÄÖ" (they're counted as 2 chars each in the Fl_Input).

Tested with fltk 1.3, svn version 9129 using windows 7.
