[fltk.bugs] FLTK 1.3.0 missing files

A couple of files are missing from the 1.3.0 package (tree.cxx, tabs.cxx, 
resize.cxx, etc) from the IDE\VisualStudio2008 folder. Also had to fetch CAIRO 
source files.
