Yes, looks like the 'LICENSE' file included there shows FLTK's
static link exception (which is different than what I saw in the
2.14 tarball):

..so that's good there's no issue with the license then.
Sounds like Fabien is willing to do the footwork
to port it to FLTK:

I imagine it should be put to vote among the devs
to add it to the main branch, as it's a significant
bit of code.
