Reverted las Makefile changes. This is not acceptable because any modification
tyo xutf8 file must be achieved in corresponding xutf Makefile. So Instead of
cleaning the file generated by xutf Makefile by src makefile, you have to do
that in the xutf8 Makefile instead.
