Now i solved the problem.
I forgot to add a specific preprocessor flag.
With these preprocessor flags everything is working fine for me now:
FL_DLL;FL_LIBRARY;WIN32;_DEBUG;_CONSOLE;WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN;VC_EXTRA_LEAN;WIN32_EXTRA_LEANWIN32
"FL_LIBRARY" was missing..
