Windows compile is completely broken on SVN.
Missing:
- fltk2 sln files (only 2 are provided and one is broken)
- fltk2 dependencies across each project.
Bugs:
- fltk2 UpBox fails due to namespace issues.
Can we *PLEASE* switch to CMake asap so only a SINGLE Makefile needs to
be kept?
