Daniel, it has bindings to basically anything, but all those projects are external. I personally like bindings to D (by Gregor Richards, http://www.dsource.org/projects/bcd/) and Lua (by Jay Carlson, http:// lua-fltk.sourceforge.net) not because they are the best, but simply because I use these two languages quite often these days...
Maybe the most mature language binding is the one for Python (by Andreas Held, http://pyfltk.sf.net), but I have never felt the need to learn the language so I never tried that binding... Similar story is with Ruby (http://rubyforge.org/projects/fltk/). I remember talking with some of programmers on IRC, there was a guy who did OcaML binding long ago. There was Guile binding as well. TCL too... I am afraid all those projects are long dead. I hope this helped.
