Daniel, it has bindings to basically anything, but all those projects 
are external. I personally like bindings to D (by Gregor Richards, 
http://www.dsource.org/projects/bcd/) and Lua (by Jay Carlson, http:// 
lua-fltk.sourceforge.net) not because they are the best, but simply 
because I use these two languages quite often these days...

Maybe the most mature language binding is the one for Python (by Andreas 
Held, http://pyfltk.sf.net), but I have never felt the need to learn the 
language so I never tried that binding... Similar story is with Ruby 
(http://rubyforge.org/projects/fltk/).

I remember talking with some of programmers on IRC, there was a guy who 
did OcaML binding long ago. There was Guile binding as well. TCL too...
I am afraid all those projects are long dead.
