I guess that sounds OK, although I'd suggest "--with-host-fluid" ("host" rather
than "system") to be a bit more "consistent"...
To be honest, when I have cross-compiled, I've always created the config.h and
makeincude by hand anyway, but I guess it would be nice if the auto-tools could
be made to do the right thing for us.
