PS: I would like to emphasize that it is much easier to mark the HTML files, not the H and CPP files for Doxyfigenication. Using the H files you *will* lose existing documentation that is not referenced from the source. Using CXX files, you will lose even more docs because they contain only part of the interface and none of the extra tables.
