I'm ready to check this in (already tested). But I didn't want to surprise all the other developers without a warning. Your opinions? Rationale: (1) The (root) Makefile changes to the documentation dir and does make there. documentation/Makefile needs an update, but that is not needed now, although, if you like it, I could do it, but IMHO doxygen should not (yet) be in the default target). Sorry for "hijacking" this thread, but I think it's related, and the current doxygen developers could answer both questions together.
