IMHO Not yet, though the number of API commented  is already superior than the 
old one, I'm not keen of making the change now until some fixes are made:
   - problems in dox files (must be solved first, we can help)
   - problems in class doc files (some api comments get severe warnings)
       I'll check and finish that one.

I believe in that the ideal place would be ./documentation
(if we can make sure than this does not conflict with other generations (man,

I suggest the purge of old html files to happen at the time we are ready for a 
clean, functional release.
We are quite close to that stage, but this should be in our priorities to 
'finalize' the work. So again Albrecht, if you need help with dox files, we are 
here.
