One of the reasons I asked about the MS compiler was I've been putting
together a Makefile kit (for building fltk from the command line with
VS 7.0 .NET, something I need for my own purposes)
I usually refer to the fltk VS build log to determine which files
need to be included in the lib, but was having trouble because it
wasn't building.
Figured out what I need for the Makefile kit, so I think I'm good.
So anyone wanting to build fltk-1.3.x with VS 7 .NET
from the DOS CLI might want to look at:
