Hi developers, you may have noticed that I moved a bunch of feature requests for 1.3 to something I call 1.4. Don't worry. I am not planning another code split or anything crazy.
In our 1.3 vs. 2.1 vs. 3.0 discussion, we decided to create a new version of FLTK 1.1 plus utf8, Fl_Table, and Fl_Tree, and call that 1.3. Utf8 is a much too much of a change to have it as some additional feature in some sub release. However, we are all so hungry for features and found som many little bugs (some of which never bothered anyone in 1.0 and 1.1) that our bug list rapidly grew over 100. That is much too much change for a single revision and will delay 1.3.0 close to indefinitley. In order to get back to the original goal, I moved all features not mentioned above to some 1.4 release. This dosn't mean that they will never be implemented, it only means that they are not the main focus. If I get a complete path for one of those, I will certainly not reject that. FLTK 1.3 *still* has 53 bugs on the roadmap plus 6 bugs from the 1.1 branch. 18 more RFE's still make this list frustratingly long. So if there is more stuff that is not desperately needed, please move it to 1.4. Once we have a 1.3.0, we can still move those issues back to 1.3, ok?
