Agreed, that looks like a good plan, but ... ;-)

- first we must get out FLTK 1.1.10 with the fixes that are already in svn

- before we do this, the png lib should be updated, too (I'll do this 
shortly, probably over the next weekend), but this is covered by point 2 
above, anyway ;-)

I volunteer to make the changes for FLTK 1.1.10 (version numbers), and 
update the (1.1) docs on the web page, but maybe I could need a little 
help getting out the distribution...


After that, we should assure that users staying with FLTK 1.1 do at 
least get real bug fixes and security updates of the included libs, 
because there are reasons to stay with FLTK 1.1 (the main reason is if a 
user can't switch to utf-8, e.g. because of existing data or other reasons).

Of course, bug fixes for FLTK 1.1 will get lower priority...

After some time, when FLTK 1.3.2 or FLTK 1.4 is out, nobody will care 
about FLTK 1.1, anyway ;-)
