I would not edit files that belongs to other active projects because when they 
get updated, I would have to do the work again.
So as most of the xutf8 files originally come from another (FSF) distrib ; is 
it worth to edit them (except for bug/specific adaptation) ?
If we won't update them, it probably may be worth it, otherwise it can be time 
consuming as one would have to do it again to avoid lots of diffs after the 
next svn update.
