Fl_File_Browser apparently has its own code to manage icons,
and it derives from Fl_Browser.
As SebHoll points out in STR#1739, now that Fl_Browser supports icons,
possibly Fl_File_Browser's code should be simplified to make use of this
new capability.
This is not critical, and maybe 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' applies here,
but should such a change should be documented somewhere? Either one or all of
these:
1) a TODO item in Fl_File_Browser's source code
2) an STR/RFE
3) other
Or maybe the main coder on Fl_File_Browser can weigh in.. I don't remember
who 'won the contest' we had years ago.
