I have not encountered a single difference between 32-bit and 64-bit
compilations, in contrast to, for example, a couple of things changing
between leopard and snow leopard. In other words, in no instance at all
did I have to change anything, or even consider any issue raised by 32 vs.
64-bit compiles. Thus, if you don't have a 64-bit capable Mac, but compile
the code in 32-bit with SDK 10.5 you'll be able to test exactly ALL of the
modified code. With SDK 10.4 you'd miss a few changes, for example "Core
Text" instead of ATSUI.
