Controversial... This is a bit off-topic, but after all the good work that Manolo's been putting in, I happened to be looking at the various CREDITS files we have in svn right now, and it rather seems to me that they need a bit of revision. For example, the fltk-1.1.x CREDITS file refers to fltk-1.1.5...
In general, though, we currently have two categories: "CORE DEVELOPERS" and "OTHER CONTRIBUTORS" where "CORE DEVELOPERS" are described as "The following people do the day-to-day development of FLTK". Now, looking at that list, I have to say it is just plain wrong - it's an interesting historical perspective, perhaps, but it does not reflect the current reality. We probably need a third category called <something, but what?> to acknowledge people who have historically made a contribution but are not active at present (i.e. the majority of the names in the "CORE DEVELOPERS" list) and look at moving a few names from the "OTHER CONTRIBUTORS" into the "CORE DEVELOPERS", since they are the people who really are doing "the day-to-day development of FLTK" At the same time some of the "OTHER CONTRIBUTORS" might get bumped in to the <historical contributors> list...
