The main question is if the current approach is okay, but I think that this has been confirmed. I'd like to test and look at the API at the weekend and can probably give a better answer (from my POV) on Sunday. Technically spoken, I don't see a big chance to get _full_ Linux support in a short time frame, and I think that it will be better to postpone this until after the device abstraction. However, Manolo wrote that he is working on Linux/PS printing based on Roman's ideas, so I'd like to see what he has so far, or which concrete plans he has... Manolo? Maybe we can merge the current state back to the main branch and do the Linux work there.
