Morning all...

Host is winXP / Msys / mingw, using an older "stable" mingw, which
happens to be 3.4.2 on this particular box (some of my boxes are 3.4.5,
none are yet upgraded to their gcc-4 variant.)

OK - svn up to 7292, make then run the cube demo.

Works, and prints both GL views OK (without moving aside the print
dialog, so Manolo's patch for that does seem to work, too.)

$ test/cube

I guess that all looks OK, at least for me, anyway!
